Return & Refund Policy

At Stickerbarrel, every order is made custom just for you. Because of this, our return and refund policy is slightly different from traditional retail products.

Custom Products (Most Orders)

All Stickerbarrel products are custom printed to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size, quantity, or design

  • Errors in customer-submitted artwork

  • Color variations due to screen vs. print differences

Once an order is approved and sent to production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind our quality. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

You may be eligible for a free reprint or refund if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The item was damaged in transit

  • You received the wrong product, size, or quantity

How to Request a Resolution

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we’ll determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Proof Approval Responsibility

All customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their digital proof before production. Once a proof is approved:

  • Stickerbarrel is not responsible for spelling errors, design mistakes, or layout issues

  • Refunds or reprints will not be issued for approved artwork errors

Shipping Issues

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control and are not refundable

  • If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
