5. Orders & Proof Approval

All custom orders require proof approval before production.

By approving a proof, you accept responsibility for:

  • Spelling, grammar, and layout accuracy

  • Design placement and sizing

  • Color acceptance within standard print tolerances

Once a proof is approved and production begins, orders cannot be changed, canceled, refunded, or returned, except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

Stickerbarrel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

Once an order is shipped, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it carefully before placing an order.

Refunds or reprints are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders as determined by Stickerbarrel.

8. User Content & Artwork

You retain ownership of any artwork or files you submit. By submitting content, you grant Stickerbarrel a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You represent that you own or have permission to use all artwork, trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials submitted. Stickerbarrel is not responsible for intellectual property violations resulting from customer-provided content.
